What this site does

The site presents a joinery workshop making furniture to measure and lets you request an on-site visit. No goods are sold and no payments are taken through it.

Requesting a visit

A request is not a contract. It is a request for a meeting on the day and time you choose. The appointment counts as agreed once I confirm it by phone. If I cannot make the chosen time, I will offer an alternative.

The visit is free within the service area shown on the site. For addresses outside it we agree in advance.

Quotes and prices

There is no price list, because the price depends on dimensions, materials and hardware. Quotes are written, valid for the period stated in them, and not binding on either party until expressly accepted.

Payment

Payment is agreed separately: a deposit for materials and the balance on fitting. No payments are processed through the site.

Warranty and complaints

The warranty on the joinery and fitting is set out in the quote. If something is wrong, contact me by phone or email from the Contact section. As a consumer you also have your statutory rights, including the right to complain to the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission, kzp.bg.

Intellectual property

Drawings and designs prepared for your order remain my intellectual property until the work is paid for. Photos and text on this site may not be used without permission.

Liability

I am not liable for delays caused by material suppliers, for hidden defects in walls and installations discovered during fitting, or for inaccuracies in dimensions you have reported that I have not verified on site.

Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by discussion and, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
